OVERVIEW

The Best Reps serves its manufacturers by generating profitable, quality sales with home audio / home theater and car audio / automotive customers.  Our seasoned sales staff maintains excellent business relations throughout New England.  Supported by a highly efficient and capable office, our Account Managers consult one-on-one with customers in the field.  Our Stocking Rep Program and Distributor Warehouse's regional location is key to meeting the daily needs of The Best Reps' large customer base which even includes the marine and car dealer markets!!!  Our goal of visiting most customers at least once a month keeps us "tuned in" to our clients' and customers' needs.  We respond!

PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

New Millennium office with state-of-the-art: computer, graphics, dictating, desktop publishing and production systems.

On premise 4,500 square foot office / warehouse for Stocking Rep and Distribution shipping / receiving and inventory.

Located a few miles north of the Massachusetts border, The Best Reps facility is an easy commute to Boston, the region's largest metropolitan area.  Account managers conveniently cover the entire 6 states by car.  Fully loaded demonstration vehicles serve to update all our customers on the newest generation hardware and systems.  Our sales staff will gladly travel with factory tech reps or sales trainers and we encourage factory sponsored regional seminars.

The sum of our combined experiences equates to more than 95 years of serving the Consumer Electronics industry in New England.

The Best Reps combines all these talents to offer our massive dealer base a variety of hands-on, sell-through and installation training programs second to none.

DEALER SUPPORT ACTIVITIES

Our sales team makes a point of designing display layouts for customer showrooms.  This enables us to strategically place banners, posters, literature, etc. in The Best locations.  We aggressively promote factory sponsored employee discount programs so that dealer sales staff are thoroughly acquainted with our clients' products.

Our Stocking Rep / Distribution Program supports dealers with overnight UPS / Fed Ex delivery throughout the region.  The "Rapid Response" New Hampshire Warehouse ships orders sometimes as late as 6:30 PM, enabling dealers to meet last minute (next day) sale opportunities.

We actively support the Mobile Electronics Certification Program (MECP) and the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association (MERA) to elevate professional credibility within our industry.  Members of our team also regularly attend IASCA, USAC, S.L.A.P., Hot Import Nights, Funkmaster Flex and other Sound Off events throughout the competition season.

How about a Mini Cooper Demo vehicle??  We got one!!  (visit our Mini Page) This little blue flash rolls the territory in a custom trailer so it's always nice and clean - ready for dealer shows and big events.  Stocked with our key lines, it's a highly attractive method for energetically spreading the word to "gawking enthusiasts" everywhere.
